Thomas Wolfmueller

Thomas Wolfmueller has over 18 years of oil and gas experience, specializing in drilling and completions. Most recently, he led these efforts at BC Operating, managing complex well programs and enhancing operational performance. He previously held leadership roles at RSP Permian and Energen Resources, overseeing large-scale drilling programs that fueled Permian Basin growth.
Thomas began his career in the oilfield service sector before transitioning to operated E&P companies. Over the past decade, he has built deep technical expertise in both the Midland and Delaware sub-basins, drilling over 180 vertical wells and completing more than 260 horizontal wells, totaling over 5 million feet of wellbore.
He has managed billion-dollar budgets and is known for optimizing field performance. In 2016, the Society of Petroleum Engineers recognized him with the Southwest North America Drilling Engineering Award.
